OLD GAA MATCHES IN CLUBHOUSE

The game chosen for this weeks screening in the clubhouse is the classic Munster final replay between Tipp and Cork from 1991. Our own club-man and current Tipp manager Michael Ryan had made his championship debut in the drawn game to start his 9 year career in the blue and gold. Following this will be a series of highlights of All Ireland hurling finals from the 60’s. A golden age for Tipperary hurling. The screening will start at 8:30pm in the clubhouse in Drombane tonight (Friday) and all are welcome

CLUB AGM
The 2017 GAA club AGM takes place this Sunday at 6pm in the Clubhouse in Drombane. Attendance at the AGM is vital for the smooth and successfuly running of the club in the coming year. New members are most welcome to attend.

The Tipp SHC format for 2018 was voted in at last night’s county board meeting to keep the current format for next year i.e. maintain the link between divisional & county championship.
