Club AGM

The Club held its AGM on Saturday 15th of December in Drombane Hall, the following officers were elected.

Table Quiz:

We are holding our annual table quiz in Kennedy’s bar in Upperchurch village on Friday 28th of December at 9.30pm. This is always a great social occasion and a great opportunity to meet up with former members and team mates who are home for Christmas. Come along and join in the fun.

Stephen’s Day Charity Walk:

The club are holding a charity walk on St Stephen’s day for both Crumlin Children’s Hospital & Fighting Blindness. This walk will take place at 1pm and will start from Upperchurch Village to Drombane Village via Knockalough. This walk is along the local roads for 8klm and is for all age groups. This walk will aid your digestion after an indulgent Christmas Day. We would love to see you there and please wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Entry fee is 10 euro for adults, children are free. There will be refreshments in Drombane Hall after the walk.

Under 21B Hurling:

Our under 21 hurlers are in action next weekend in the county semi final where we play north champions Kiladangan. This match is fixed for Templetouhy on Saturday at 1.30pm. Best of luck to all concerned.

Sympathy:

The club would like to offer its sympathy to the families of Michael Coffey Kilduff House, Killea, Nora Costello Formerly of Parkstown, Horse & Jockey and Michael Ryan Glenaneigh, Rossmore who passed away recently.
