SENIOR FOOTBALL

The footballers finished their county group campaign with a narrow victory over Arravale Rovers last weekend. A lightning fast start saw us take a 1-3 to 0-0 lead after four minutes, Luke Shanahan netting the goal. A Paul Shanahan goal 20 minutes later meant we took a 9 point advantage into half time. Arravale though would not go down without a fight and clawed their way back and when they struck a goal in injury time it looked like a draw was on the cards. A Paddy Phelan point a minute later though was enough to seal victory 2-12 to 2-11. Next up are the county quarter finals and we have been drawn to face Kilsheelan-Kilcash in a few weeks time.

INTERMEDIATE HURLING

Our Intermediate relegation semi final against Arravale Rovers has been fixed for Sat 16th Sept at 4pm in Dundrum.

JUNIOR C HURLING

The junior C's play their final group game against Loughmore-Castleiney today(Saturday) at 5:30pm in Drombane. Best of luck to management & players.

UNDER 17 HURLING

Good luck to the u17 hurlers who face Moycarkey Borris in the mid final tomorrow(Sunday) at 12pm in The Ragg.
