JUNIOR B ALL IRELAND SEMI FINAL
Last Sunday saw our junior hurlers make history as they qualified for the All Ireland final by defeating Kinvara of Galway. In very difficult weatherconditions during the first half both times went in at the break tied on 3 points apiece. The strong crossfield breeze died down somewhat at half time and Upperchurch took control from there on in and eventually ran out 9 point victors 0-14 to 0-5. Strong performances were on show throughout the field. They now await the victors of this Sunday's semi final between Whitechurch & Craanford. The final is possibly to be play on the weekend of March 26th.

COUNTY HURLING LEAGUES
The first round of the county hurling league takes place this Sunday 12th with the seniors facing Eire Og Annacarty in Annacarty at 12:00 followed by the juniors against Skeheenarinky in Drombane at 3pm

TIPPERARY UNDER 21 FOOTBALLERS
Commiserations to Jack Butler who was on the Tipperary u21 football team who lost out to Limerick last Wednesday evening after extra time

The weekly progressive 45 card game continues every Wednesday night in Upperchurch Hall. All are welcome
